tinymce paste plain text issue

Hi,
i am using Tinymce editor for text area in my site.
when i copy formatted text and paste it to editor, it works fine, it paste only plain text with bullet points(if available).

but if i copy this from other site, it paste plain text but it removes bullet points.

i need to paste plain text but with bullet points.
please help me to solve this issue.
