Cropping and resizing an image in a WPF application using c#

I want to crop and resize an image using wpf,I have tried with Winform and its working fine, I want to do the same in WPF
i have checked this link and it dont help me

Note: Every thing should be done using mouse.

I guess you will need to provide more information in order to get help. How far did you get with your WPF implementation? What exactly is not working? Is there a specific thing you don't know how to do? What are you missing in that Sacha Barber's article?
