How to create a OBOUT Grid in an VB.NET project

I am a new trainee in .NET. I don't know how to implement an OBOUT grid inside a project. Please help me out.

If you need to convert c# to vb.net use something like : http://www.developerfusion.com/tools/convert/csharp-to-vb/[^]
