it works locally on IIS but on the host it gives this error!
what should I do ? (my host is plesk 9.5 )

Hi, you need to explain what your question is and what you have tried. :)

It might be surface area configuration error or sql service configuration issue. If needed, see steps for setting up Surface area configuration here.

Based on the error, your server is not allowing remote connections. Surely a configuration/security setting issue. Make sure firewall is also not blocking it.
