Crystal Report arises exception

Hi, I am using crystal report 13 and visual studio 2010. When users show 75 or more report from publish site then it arises exception. Everyday users have to open more than 100 report from publish site. Its a big problem for me. Please give me a solution.

Solution 1

Hello ,

go to run:

type : regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOftware/Crystal Decisions/Report Application Server/InprocServer/ReportDocument

Change the value of the field MaxNumOfRecords to -1(For Unlimited No. of records)

The Crystal Reports registry path may vary with the version so change accordingly

Hello Mohi , in my machine i got the above path as i am using crystal report version 2008 .and i already said the path is changed depending upon crystal version .so , please make a search for MaxNumOfRecords in ths "Software" folder . you may also use "Find" option in registry . just try it and let me know

Thank you Mr. Animesh Datta. I have found MaxNumOfRecords and by default it's Value data is -1 that u advised me.

The actual error are :
The maximum report processing jobs limit configured by your system administrator has been reached
