How to run application without starting Visual Studio?

I run website on another local machine without installing Visual Studio to that computer?I only want to run the website locally in that particular PC.

Okay.... you don't need visual studio to operate a website....

Visual Studio it totally unrelated to running applications, is never needed, this is just the IDE.

Install IIS Express[^] on the target PC.
