how to refersh window form on combobox.click

Is this windows or Webform,create a common funcion and reload all the data of form in combo box click call the function.

Yes for windows forms you have to create one centralized method which will be causing the population of the whole form(or should call all other methods causing the population of form data).

This method should be called on the combobox click event handler.
