ok, Razor is just another Server Side Language, you can use it opening an ¨at¨(@), and use the same C# code you normally use, is just that, MVC is Model View Controller, the Model is just all the classes on your system, the Controller is the interaction between the Model and the View, and the View is what the final user will see, and the Entity Framework is the Framework that allows you to use all your Entities in your database as a class, is just using the database as Oriented Objects Programming, you can study all of this and even more with Apress - Pro ASP.NET MVC 5 or 4, that depends of you, hope you get some help here...
