Is it Windows 8/8.1? If yes, then try searching for "SQL" in the search field.

If installation completed successfully, you should see "SQL Server Management Studio" somewhere in the start menu. Try this: click [START] and type "Ssms.exe" in the search field.

Excuse me! Can you help me. I saw "Ssms.exe" and then I changed it's name ( Ssms -> SQL Server Management R2) And I can't see it with both 2 names.

It is a bad idea to rename "Ssms.exe" to something else (this is executable file, not shortcut). You can easily create a shortcut on the Desktop or pin to Taskbar (and rename that shortcut or any other shortcut)...

The default locations for SQL Server 2008 R2 Management Studio:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Tools\Binn\VSShell\Common7\IDE\Ssms.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Tools\Binn\VSShell\Common7\IDE\Ssms.exe

You're welcome. Sorry, but this is going off-topic...

You have connected to Analysis Server. I guess that you need Database Engine instead. I would suggest you to start here: Lesson 1: Connecting to the Database Engine[^]

First, check if it is installed, because it doesn't add an icon to the desktop.
Click the start button, and type "SQL" - you should get three items under "Programs":

The one you want is number two: "SQL Server Management Studio"
If you see it, then find - run it and you're good to go.

If you don't, then go to Control Panel...Programs and Features.Double click SQL Server 2008 R2, and select Add. Follow the dialogs, and make sure you include "Management Tools Basic" and "Management Tools Complete". (I'd give you a screen shot, but I don't want to mess up my installation accidentally!).
