i working on android app that collect data from user and send to server than server send email and call to given number and email-id ..
can any body tell me answer " how can provided call functionality from server to mobile"

technology:
Server side:php with mysql

please give any how can i do that ???

i need voice calling from server to mobile automatic

all storing data to database i done but i dont know how to voice calling from server
