currently no work in .net doing just some excel record matching as project is completed in current org. their is option in java but i have no prior exp(already learnd java).

Experience in .NET is irrelevant. The question is do you want to learn java? If so, then learn java. Why would you take career advice from random strangers on the internet? We do not know you or your career path or know anything about the opportunities in whatever area you live in.

So? What does that have to do with anything? We still cannot give you any career advice for this off topic "question". We still do not know you, or anything else that would answer this.

What do you mean "move"? Usually, it means entering one field and leaving another one. Why leaving? This is not like migration from one country to another. Even if you work in both Java and .NET, its very little to buzz about. Decent software engineers learn a lot more. A lot. This is the best I could wish you.

you should learn java too. infact your experience in .net will be useful while learning java because basic concept not going to be change.
I think it will be a plus point in your professional profile if you know java too.
