how to clear the following bugs.......

while i am working in c# environment, getting an packet information from the socket won't work because it shows the following message (A first chance exception of type 'System.Net.Sockets.Socket Exception' occurred in System.dll & The thread 0x15d8 /0x173c has exited with code 0 (0x0).) ... and another issue is getting an packet information from the system displays "64 bit operations are not allowed"... i already tried to comment the try block...
