how to create textbox like "codeproject ask question" TextBox, from where i am asking this question.. i dont want to use third party control..

Actually what i want is :
After selecting some text when i click on bold button then the text should be within the following tags

<b></b>.

And if i dont select anything then it should insert only <b> tags on cursor position..
