How to generate a report as a .CIF(Catalog Interchange Format) file format?

Hi I need to generate a report as a .CIF(Catalog Interchange Format) file. I searched on Google, unfortunately I couldn't get any solution. Do we have any library available to export .cif files?

After a quick google search I did not see anything available for .Net. You may have to generate it yourself. http://www.essent.com/What-is-a-CIF-Catalog.html claims it is a CSV so it may not be that hard to do.
