how to refresh screen when database one record inserted?

hi to all,

i am using oracle database for every 10min my table get inserted one record some times it not..so i want to update my screen when record inserted into my table is there any mechanism that fire asp page if record inserted into table we can send any query to update??

please provide me solution for this its urgent for me..

in database side may be you can use trigger to fire after insert record in the database,
