how to make password field false

I am making an Attendance management system in which i have login and password fied with button.and its working properly.Now i have to make biometric system in which password field must false in biometric case.
i want someone to make logic on that
i am working entity framework...

detect the case for biometric,
and on biometric case use txtpassword.Enabled=false; to disable password field
