I searched for 'unit test asp.net' and your answers are in the very first page. You may also Google for 'unit test visual studio 2010' for VS specific queries.
Not sure how you searched.

As point out by other, you should search by yourself on Google...

Essentially, unit test allows to test an unit of code (typically a function for a given set of arguments).
