c# winforms installer problem

hi ,
i created installer by passing user parameters while installation ,but when i install ,at the end i got the following error.

Error:1001
Could not find file C:\programfiles\company name\Billing Machine\Hand Held Data Transporter.exe.config

i followed the article in codeproject:

A Setup and Deployment project that passes parameters to the configuration file

If you got the code from an article, then you should ask there, not here. If you go back to the article, there is a forum at the bottom for comments and questions specific to that article, and those should email the original author who will know the software you are talking about better than anybody else.
Posting here relies on them "dropping by" and realising it is for them.
