Reading Email from Inbox c#

I want to read Emails form only inbox not from sent box. I am using pop3client STAT Command to read a email and it is reading both inbox and sent box emails. Is it possible to read only inbox emails ?

in pop3 i think there is no facility read only inbox for that you have to used paid SMTP

In this example default you won't get bod.For that read the article and make TOP property to 10.Then the body content also be Visible.

How to load only Inbox Mails? .it loads all emails..Sent mail ,trash etc..i want to load only inbox mail in pop3
