Read a good tutorial (or better a good book) on your favourite .NET programming language (that is C# :-) ) and then start coding (for instance, some a toy projects). Experience, my dear, experience is important.

you can take different cources from know institutes such as (GNIIT), or for college you can do BCA then MCA to gain a little more knowledge.Or join some company to gain experience.

and spent to write programs on almost each topic to clearly understand program flow.
