what's the problem? You can generate one random number using GUID function while registration, and send one page link with that id, while click on that id one record will be inserted into the DB and activate the user account. While sending the link you need to setup mail account, you can sent mail through gmail or the domain mail server. mail configuration you can easily find on google.
