Programmatically changing Language for non-Unicode programs

Hi,

Can we programmatically change the Language for non-Unicode programs without requiring to restart the system. If yes please share sample code.

Change what language, where do you want it changed?

Thanks for replying. I want to change language to Chinese in the Control Panel-> Regional and Languages Options-> Advanced-> Language for non-Unicode programs. Currently on my system its English (United States).

Do you mean your UI language? you set your UI language in your content!

I have the same issue in DxWnd program, since a user may have different language programs in the configuration.
I assume that some update and a system reboot could be necessary the first time you want a new language (like Chinese, Japanese, Korean), but once you have a full set of the needed non-unicode languages it would be necessary to use a specific non-unicode language for each individual DxWnd target. Would that be possible?
The lack of answers to this thread makes me skeptical ...
