suggest me please some good design patterrns for an like hospital management system , where departments can be added and deleted ,and their new funtionality can added , improved,deleted.

i want to follow an architecture or good design pattern.
for an stand alone application

There is no shortcut. If you want to know and learn, then you should go through them.

I am not here to show you my knowledge. As you have asked a broader question, so I gave you some good links. Actually you should have searched these articles by yourself and read them.

Here everybody comes with a specific issues after doing some home work. Still, I love to help guys who ask this type of questions and give them good articles to refer.
If you don't wish to read and learn, then leave it.
