In Silverlight, have to read csv file and populate chart and grid

I have a CSV File, i have to read it and bind it to the datagridview and charts, based on user selections the data will be queried from csv since i am new to silverlight need some help on this.

What did you tried? There is too many ways to bind csv to any control.
