What is the skeleton of select command in sql?

What is the page firing? When the page is loading how many events are firing?

Come on now, if you cannot find that information then you are going to have an extremely difficult time learning to program. Search engines are your friend, use them.

These are basics. I would rather suggest to you buy a book and read from end to end.

Anyways, here are few pointers:

2. Not sure what you mean by page firing...
