ZIP and UNZIP using c#

i want to zip and unzip folder using c#. For that i need this following
microsoft.deployment.compression.zip.dll
DLL.
i've also downloaded deployment toolkit from microsoft official website[^] and install but there is no such dll.

can anyone tell me from where i can download and use this dll.

Very good but .Net 4.5 only which rules out Windows XP and Server 2003.
