Communicating with GPRS Modem using ASP.NET andf C#.NET

Hi,

I am working on .net,
I have a problem now. In my project I have to receive the data from ip port no. nothing but server. The data is send by no of clints through gprs modem to server port no ex: 59.168.92.66. I have to read and store it in a database.
How can I receive the data from server (i.e 59.168.92.66)?

I dont know how to do this. I just have 6 months of exp on .net, can any one help me please?
