I reckon he wanted to test the waters first. See if anyone would even be interested in helping him out in that topic. Once he gets some suitable responses, he may then post his actual question.

Nishant, admit it: Richard, and Hans are right, and you've got it wrong. Only I'm not quite sure about particular secret service, could rather be a FSO (KGB) or even more likely a double troll.

Nish, you've got it wrong. He is obviously a CIA troll, looking for people who can read his mind. Anyone giving the appropriate response will be whisked away to a secret CIA lab for more testing and possible use as remote viewers.
