How to make an icon of an Desktop application in C#

Hi, I have developed a simple web browser. Now I want to create an icon like Google Crome or Mozila Firefox. How can I do it, Please help me. Advance Thank for your kind response.

Solution 1

You can use GIMP[^] for creating icons.
You can create several layers with different sizes (16x16, 24x24, 32x32, ...) and save the whole thing as an icon file.

Windows should then use the correct sized layer for the icon automatically.
