i want to get the client's routar ip address using Mac Address. because client don't have static IP address. can any one help me.

hello, the client don't have machine. i want to access the ip camera in my website but without ipaddress i cant access camera. to access camera i need to find ip address and client dont hav static ip. can we find camera ip using modelno or MAC address of IP camera
