Copy data from one GridView to Another Gridview and then Export data to Excel

hi i Have Two Gridviews with

Gridview 1 and Gridview 2 and i want to bind data from Gridview1 to Gridview2 and then Export data to Excel,

In Binding i used DATAVIEW to Bind data to Gridview1 and DataTable also.

How to Do this??

IS the schema of both grid view are same ..?

if you have same structure then
1.Bind another grid with data table used to bind previous grid
2. you can loop through each rows of one and add rows to other
What is the structure of grid view 1 and grid view 2 ??
