how to merge 3 column in one column under one header in datagridview.

both examples are in both language VB.NET win forms & C# win forms

You can do it in 2 ways:
1) using query (the simplest way),
2) programmatically.

1)

SQL

SELECT Col1 + Col2 AS MergedColumn, Col3
FROM YourTable

Fetch data from database with query as above and then bind it to your DataGridView.
