java program when i click the button, all the files in SD card should get displayed and when i click on any file in that list, it should give an option to write, read, delete and shred that particular file in android

Understood your requirement fully and hence suggested to search on google and try to write on your own. You can post your problems with code here and we will happy to help you. I do not think someone will provide you readymade code as per your requirement.

I have one application which reads, writes, deletes and shreds files on sd card and another application which list all the files in sd card. But i want to combine both the application and make it to work as one, where reading, writing, shredding should happen on all the files of sd card
