add new link in menu bar

i am new in php.i have a project of php i only have to add one more link in menu but i cant understand from it will or which file i have to add????
please help me with that???

How do you think we will be able to read your mind and know what files you have in your project? Open your page in IE 8+, start the Developer Tools (F12) click on arrow button in Developer Tools Toolbar and point it to the menu item. Look for some unique string in menu html and search that in your PHP files.
