Increasing the Form Size

Hi,
I'm Working on Visual Studio 2008.I want to increase the form size but it is not increasing only it shows the default of 1086, 780...

is it not allowing you to increase more then 1086,780???

you can enter any size in run time

C#

this.Size = new System.Drawing.Size(1200, 900);

When i'm designing the form it should increase as per my requirement but it s not increasing more than this 1086, 780....
