Reviewing your answered and unanswered questions

I have been developing this online examination web app for sometime now, and i've gotten to where i want to add a page where you can review your answered and unanswered questions and the one's you go wrong and those you got right.

Please i need someone to point me on the right direction on how to do that, if there is a link or a sample code that does that i will be very grateful.

I'm not sure we can answer that in any detail - it depends on what info you have kept before, and how you stored it.
What have you tried? Thought of?

That's right. I have stored the question number, the question, the various choices/answer suggestions and the correct answer in the database.

Don't tell someone to read the manual. Chances are they have and don't get it. Provide an answer or move on to the next question.
