No, I don't; and don't see any sense. How JPEG can be video? JPEG is the format for a static image.

i'm connection to outer form in c# and sending stream video from my cam by the webcam capture tool and the video pictures in jpeg so i want to calculate those frames of the stream video while the video is streaming to the second form >>> please :(

Well, sending, in what format, container, protocol, compression? You should always have some metadata, otherwise you have no knowledge of a frame rate. You should agree that you can show every video at different rate; but you only know when it is the same as original if you have this information, isn't it obvious?

Solution 1

Your question doesn't make any sense as a video will normally have the playback rate embedded in its metadata, making your "calculation" pointless.
