I want to create wiki website like wikipedia in asp.net. How i can make it? any one can give reference to any website or is there any already developed project on this that i can download for my reference...? Thanks in advance....

In practice, this is not a software development question. You could easily find appropriate project to your liking, setup and test it, and then decide which one to use. No software development involved, really. From your question, I don't see that you want to develop your own Wiki...

At this time, I could find only one Wiki engine which is based on ASP.NET and is non-proprietary, open-source. This is FlexWiki:
