Hey,

If anyone knows about the web-service or an api that can provide auto-suggestions(or data for that) then please share.

I wan't it for android app.

And yes..i know google..so tell me other options.

and enquirers please keep down-voting..i am now in a habit of mentioning you

in app's about us section. Now people enjoy reading that..

Actualy i am making an android app,

auto suggest for everything..first..,

then user will filter according to his preferences.

You don't need a web service for auto-suggestion. You can have JavaScript do auto-suggestion (aka, autocomplete) with any data source. Is there a particular type of data you were looking for?

As i said auto-suggestions(data providing auto-suggestion)...and making a mobile app..

so javascript option wouldn't work.

Naah, not a perticular type..first i wan't it for everything.,..

then will filter according to user's preference..

you need autocomplete for textbox , then you can use AJAX Auto complete extender

What's wrong with the auto-suggest facility already available in android?
What are you trying to achieve that is not provided already?

Well, auto-suggestion is not prioritize(what person is frequently searching) ..

i wan't to prioritize it..and then suggest.!!
