Duplicate records in details section of crystalreport

Hi,
I am using crystal reports for vs2010.I am trying to print an hospital bill using crystal reports.The issue is its showing each records in details section five times which it should show only once.I have checked with the sql query its working fine dosnt show any duplicate records.Any help would really be appreciated.
