Not a question. Not a good way to learn. To learn, you need to write projects, not to read it. Start with the basics, read manuals...

Solution 2

Why you need to go directly to a project when u have just started learning programming, I will recommend you to learn the basics first, by reading the concepts from books and then writing the small programs for each concept.

You can use Microsoft Visual C# 2010 Step by Step by John Sharp for reference.

No, you don't.

What you need to do is start by following the book or course you are working from, and doing each and every exercise. That way, you get the concepts explained in a logical manner without missing out any of the intermediate steps. Doing teh exercises also helps retention of the info.
Just picking up an existing project doesn't help because it assumes knowledge of why thigns are done this weay which you won't have.
