Software Installation In PC

I have a Software Setup. this is made by me. the software perfectly run on my PC, but when I install in another PC, Its installed but when I click On Shortcut of Software, the screen will be open but suddenly automatically close. why?

please help me thanks in advance

What is the software you installed? What are the configuration of those two PCs? Is that two PCs provide the minimum requirements to install that software?

Solution 1

Open the event viewer of the PC and check for the errors.
There should be some diagnostics information.
Maybe your setup.exe is missing some dependencies (e.g. some runtime, etc.).
