Need to solve dis error

Hi,
When i'm updating the same value for 2 tables i'm facing this error ,How to solve this error.
"The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again"

Solution 2

This error occurs due to not adding datatype in a right way in Access.We need to add the datatype in a right way.
