Just code it really slow, then you can take as much time as you want.
On a more serious note, what exactly is the problem? What are you wanting to increase the time for?

Solution 1

There is no such thing as a time limitation for Windows Services. If something works for limited time, it simply means you screw up something, as simple as that.
