"Load Report Failed" Error.

I got an error 'Load Report Failed.'.It appeared when I Print the Report Directly without Print Preview (Means.. Without Displaying the Crystal Report on Report Viewer)
the Code is:(in vs 2005 )

RptObj.PrintToPrinter(1, True, 1, i)

Here RptObj is the Object of CrystaL Report.

Whenever I load the report in Report Viewer, there is no error.But the Problem occur when i Print the Report Directly.
How Can I solve this issue?..
