Hello, i know a lot of windows programming C#, java, WPF and for database mysql mssql. I did some 2 hours php and asp.net MVC tutorial and i'm looking forward on what to choose to make a game like this

which one asp.net, asp.net MVC or PHP? which one suites best?

The question makes no sense at all. One can discuss benefits and drawbacks of each approach almost forever, but the final result will be the same, the one I explained in my answer; please see.

You need to choose the one you prefer. No one else can decide it for you. Nobody knows what's the best (note: the best for you!), because nobody ever defined the predicate "better" for these objects.

I would choose PHP as a poor man choice because most cheap Web hosting providers support it; I would choose ASP.NET for richer applications, faster development and better dependability, and MVC... is not an alternative to ASP.NET. You can have MVC with ASP.NET or ASP.NET without MVC, or architecture more or less similar to MVC of my own...
