When I use a clean Win XP + SP3, fwOpenPorts->Item function will fail if the port is a built-in port, such as Upnp. The HRESULT value shows that the globally open port was not in the collection. Then I try to add the Upnp port but the fwOpenPort->put_Port function will fail due to the port is already existed. After I checked the exceptions tab in the firewall settings, everything works well again. I've tried this situation several times and I think it might be a bug of Windows. Did anyone has the same problem as me?

I never used it that way -- I am opening an exception for a proprietary port in my case.
