desktop notifications, like chrome email notifications.

Hey can you explian more clearly what you are after?, are you looking for popups to be displayed on screen, emails to be sent?

not popups,i mean notification at desktop right corner of the window,just like chrome email notifications.

I checked this link. but its only works in chorme.

You can do that easily create custom URL protocol, install your application on client machine and involk whenever you want.
