What is your question?
It seems to be the normal behaviour when server is just installed.

If you want to view your website onyour local machnie (using your local machine as a server) and not inthe dvelopment environment...

Then you should have a folder called inetpub on your c drive and inside the inetpub folder you should have a folder named wwwroot and then place your webistes or files in THAT folder.
