I'm thinking if we persist the user ID of a registered user on a website, we won't need anything else to make further queries. We could use that ID to manipulate any other data in the database that is related to the user.

Not clear. What is "enough"? If you mean that the user profile and data associated with it is found by the ID of authenticated user, this is what always done. So, what's the idea?
